Day 1 

  • 17.30: Arrival at Chateau de Contay
  • 19.30-20.30: First Yoga session (Soft Vinyasa)
  • 21.00: Dinner in the Chateau's grand Dining Room

DAY 2

  • 9.00-10.30: Second Yoga session facing the grounds
  • 11.00: Brunch outside or in the Chateau's Angle Room 
  • 13.00-17.30: Free time & activities (hiking, kayaking, visits, horse riding, writing course) 
  • 17.30-19.00: Third Yoga session (Flow Vinyasa & Yin)
  • 19.30: Aperitif & dinner in the Chateau's Dining Room
  • 21.30: Free time & conversations

Day 3

  • 9.00-10.30: Fourth Yoga session, facing the grounds
  • 11.00: Brunch outside on the terrasse or in the Angle Room
  • 13.00-17.00: Free time & Circle Gathering to end the stay
